Atrium People AS is a Norwegian Crewing and Recruitment Company where the team has over two decades experience from industry, offshore and maritime business.
We are based in Bergen, Sunnmøre and in Oslo and have a strong track record delivering high quality professionals to a broad range of clients.

The history
The company was established in 2017 in Bergen by Stig Arve Larsen.
With his long experience from founding and operating two successful recruitment agencies, (HRC and Maroff Crewing), he had unique background to create a new quality company.
The vision was to create a new recruitment and crewing agency to serve Atrium’s clients with high quality professional on sea and on land.
The company has been built step by step. Our activities and turnover has grown each year since the start.
In 2021 we opened office at Hareid on Sunnmøre, when Vegard Knardal joined the company expanding our capacity within maritime and offshore segment.
In 2023 we opened new office in Oslo, hiring Georg Mork, focusing on the onshore market for recruitment of leaders and specialists.
The last years we have recruited hundreds of professionals to our broad client group.
In 2023 we had project personnel on more than 30 different vessels and installation world wide,
